Interview
They have four rounds of interviews. First is phone interviews, which I didn't receive.So I progressed directly to the second round. They call it case interview workshop but essentially it is a group interview where they will select candidates to the first-round 2 back to back interviews with consultants. Two hours after I finished my first round interviews, I received the phone calls to go back the next day for final round interviews, again 2 back to back interviews with one Partner and one manager.

Drei Interviewrunden, je ein Interviewer: zwei englischsprachige Case Studies (Interviewer-geführt, strukturiert) sowie Personal Fit mit situativen Fragen ohne CV-Bezug - keine Angaben zu Praktika oder Uni gefragt. Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
