I was asked to describe my previous experiences as a technical writer, what my competencies are, and my interests in this career path.
The process was quite transparent. I had an intro call, followed by a test. After I received positive feedback about the test additional 2 interviews had been scheduled. The process was super smooth and easy to follow since Backbase communicated all the steps beforehand.
