I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BTS Group (UK) (Leicester, England)

Asked a variety of inappropriate questions by management, should have been my first red flag. Do you smoke? I only ask this because I want to know how many breaks you will take Do you have children? Do you have Dyslexia as we have special software? Were some of the questions which I am sure are illegal to ask ?
