The interview process for the Graduate Program was pretty standard. After submitting the initial application, I had to go through an online assessment (SHL) that consisted of situational questions and a few video questions. If I remember correctly, passing both of these would progress me to the assessment centre. But guess what? They cancelled the whole thing because they were no longer hiring for this location. It's outrageous! After jumping through all these hoops and waiting for a whole month in suspense, they just cancelled the entire program. It's frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. -_-
