After applying, the first contact is via email where they send you a video of the CEO talking about the next steps of the process and a challenge where you need to: 1) record a video presenting yourself; 2) list your goals for your first 30 days; 3) develop in written the recruitment process, from attraction to selection of a specific position and; 4) Prepare suggestion of team activities on a calendar year. After all of that work, they only replied saying that I wasn't selected without a solid feedback.
