Interview
Spoke to a hiring manager for the first round, then head of product and design lead for rounds 2/3. They asked about my experience working in an agile environment and mentoring other designers.
I went through 3 rounds with product, engineering, and designers. We had a walk through of my portfolio and discussed my workflow. I also had a chance to discuss how I have collaborated with engineers in the past.

Question 1
Name an example of a UX solution you designed with limited data.
BRD has a very long interview process involving hours of interviews and a trial contract. That means want you to perform a week or two of paid work for them before receiving an offer. Somehow you're supposed to find time to do that while you're already employed and have life obligations. I didn't continue the interview when I was told about this – you can use your imagination and think of a number of negative implications of this scheme.
