After HR interview over phone, they call you for an in-person interview with the plant manager, general manager and the HR. My experience overall was worse than I expected due to their rudeness. They show you no courtesy of even offering you with water on a hot day or even asking if you have any questions at the end from your side. Just by looking at their mean faces I predicted I will not get selected.
