I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at BOLD (Noida)
Interview
Rounds 1 and 2 were well structured and focused on .NET-related concepts, matching the role's requirements. However, in Round 3, the discussion shifted heavily toward mathematical aptitude and geometry-based questions (including Pythagoras theorem and similar quiz-style problems), which seemed less relevant for a senior .NET developer position. I couldn't answer some of those questions and was eventually rejected. I believe the interview would have been more effective if it had focused more on backend architecture, system design, and role-specific technical skills.
I applied online. I interviewed at BOLD in Jun 2026
Interview
Initial recruiter screen for the Senior Director, Marketing role. The conversation covered my background in recruiting/job marketplaces, growth marketing, demand generation, leadership, marketplace economics, sales alignment, budget ownership, lifecycle/ABM, and how my experience mapped to the role. The recruiter was professional and conversational. I successfully checked all the boxes. I was rejected after the initial screen. When I requested specific feedback, I was told BOLD does not provide detailed notes after the screening stage, which makes the experience impersonal, dehumanizing, disrespectful and not very useful for candidates seeking to improve.
