I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BLUE DOOR CONSULTING in Jun 2021
Interview
Introductory call with a recruiter, then an interview with the co-owners and a project to exemplify critical thinking and collaboration. Communicative through the entire process. It took about two weeks from start to finish. Very open about the company's successes as well as opportunities for improvement

Question 1
What would a coworker who dislikes you say about you
I applied online. I interviewed at BLUE DOOR CONSULTING
Interview
One HR interview, one interview with HR and a company leader, two skills assessements, a personality assessment and one company-wide presentation. Weirdly, I didn't interview with the person who would be considered a manager of this position (They describe their company as flat. It's a little flat, but not truly). I think that was a problem because the process was effortful and it turns out I didn't have the basic skills they wanted. A better interview process would have caught that in the first or second round.

Interview
Through and involved, but in a good way. They ask a lot of questions about how you deal with conflict, people, and categories. It's more if you are a fit to the culture of the company, versus competency. If it seems like you would be able to pick up things, you will do fine there.
