BETAO GROUP interview questions

During the initial interview, which was very informal, I was asked not to discuss work but rather to talk about my personal interests. After this interview, I was asked to complete a UI test for the creation of one of their dashboards. This was requested without having had the chance to talk about my experience or show my portfolio and previous projects. Once everything was submitted, about four weeks after the first contact, I was informed that I had not been selected for the position, and I was provided with a few feedbacks.

The process consisted of three rounds of interview as well as a personality and a logic test. The three rounds of interviews were - HR interview : understanding the company mission and my background - Manager : going deeper on the position itself - Team member : culture fit, hands on feedback
