I was asked to complete two design assignments, and only those who passed were invited to an interview.
The interview was about 30 minutes long and was conducted by the CEO and an HR representative.

Question 1
One of the interview questions was: "How do you handle disagreements or conflicts with others?"
I was asked to complete a task of designing a logo AND clothing apparel design to even get the CHANCE for an interview. This was sent to me on Friday afternoon with the expectation to be submitted on the following Tuesday. ALL DURING THANKSGIVING WEEKEND.
Awful interview process and no contact being given when asked about this absurd protocol

Interview
There is an HR interview and another interview with CEO mostly on past experiences in the role you are being interviewed for. The interview allowed me to learn more about the company. I was able to get to know more information on org. culture which was helpful.
