Typical interview process for a Sr. Product Manager role in the med tech industry. Recruiter was first point of contact and stayed in touch through the process. There were various interviews with hiring manager, leadership group and team.
Very standard interview process. Speak with recruiter, then hiring manager, then a panel of peers and leaders. At the panel they asked a mix of questions about prior experience and behavioral questions. All interviews were conducted virtually and very professionally.
