Interview
I applied for the job through BD's website and received a confirmation of receipt, invitation to self-identify and and phone call all within 48 hours. I interviewed a few days after that in-front of a panel of four people. Interview lasted almost 2 hours and went very positively.
One phone interview that lasted about 10 mins with a recruiter. Two separate video interviews with different panels. About an hour each
Was told feedback was positive and I would hear back either way. Never heard back and had to reach out to recruiter. Was told I was not selected due to inexperience in something that was never mentioned anywhere in the job description. Fit every other requirement perfectly.
