I was invited to the BAE Systems' Engineering Leadership Development Program event. It was a two-day event consisting of a tour of their facilities and an interview in front of a panel of engineers.

Very high level interviews. 2 Technical and 1 HR interviews on the same day. The technical ones were really conversations about my major in college and projects i worked on. We talked about senior design and my research experience. The HR interview was purely behavioral and dealt with general leadership experiences, morals, and stressful situations.
