Received a call from BAE recruiter about three weeks after I submitted my resume. She asked why I chose BAE and how much I was looking to make, in addition to a couple of other informational questions. This interview seemed like somewhat of a formality and she said she would get back to me to schedule an interview with three individuals. Within a couple of days I received an email asking about my availability and after some back and forth they scheduled three separate 30 minute interviews with three different directors. The interviews were pleasant and the directors were great to speak with. Ultimately I did not receive an offer, but I will continue to look for jobs with BAE that may be a better fit.
