I applied online. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Applied online, about two weeks later I received an email for an in person interview. I scheduled the interview based off of 4 dates they offered. Talent acquisition was very responsive with emails and questions I had.
The interview process was estimated to last 3.5 hours. They give a presentation on the BAE company and what they offer and then they put you through three interviews lasting about 45 minutes each. Three different engineers from different projects so they have different things to discuss and try to get a feel for what experiences you've had (school or work) that could relate to what they're doing. All of them seemed very knowledgable and down to earth. The experience was nerve wrecking but also ended up being pretty fun.

Interview
I applied online and it took 2-3 weeks to schedule the phone interview. After I interviewed, they told me the result would take 1-2 weeks, then I got my rejection on Saturday
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (San Diego, CA)
Interview
I wasn't given a phone screen but immediately brought on-site. From there, the interview went swimmingly. It felt more like casual conversations (in addition to talking about my resume). A few technical questions about JS/CSS/C++/Java, but nothing out of the ordinary. There was a orientation, then 3 interviews with different types of engineers. At the end, I had lunch with another worker there and it was very casual, where he pressed that it wasn't going to be factored in the interview. This part was good.
Unfortunately, it took forever to get results back. I began the process on April 29, and finally heard back on June 26. After the interview, I waited 3 weeks to follow up. Upon following up, I was greeted with an automated message saying the person was out. I waited for that time to come around and emailed again. Unfortunately this person was not the talent recruiter, just the person who set up the interview. I had to then contact my talent recruiter, who was also out of town. I emailed the other worker and she took a while to respond to my emails, but came to the conclusion that I was no longer being considered.
To me, the process was not cohesive at all post onsite-interview. I interviewed in San Diego but had to talk to people in Nashua, NH through email about the follow-up.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview consisted of 3 consecutive interviews with individuals at the company. No one really asked me any technical questions. Two were software developers and one was a project manager.
The most technical aspect of any of these interviews was explaining concepts behind past projects.
All of them were easygoing to talk to. I don't think I would have had any issues working with any of them.
