1. Intro call with recruiter
2. Call with Head of Comms
3. Call with a devrel
4. Assessment / case study
5. Presentation of the case study and questions from 3 team members
And then decision
The recruitment process was pretty clear but as usually there is a little feedback that you get why you didn’t get the offer etc

What is your experience with running online events?

It was not clearly laid out upfront. I had an awkward chat with a very unsociable person. The person was completely unprepared, as it was clear that they didn't look at my resume. Then they followed up with a take-home assignment. The delay between steps was a lot.
