Interview
This is the second time I interviewed here after Bhopal. It indeed took some trusting in the process. I gave three lengthy rounds including one last round wherein I travelled to Bangalore campus which was 25kms away from my residence (one way). The rounds went well. I think I answered everything pretty much according to what I knew with confidence. The process started in October and after the last round they rejected me saying that they don't find my application relevant. It is quite surprising that such learned professors took three rounds to understand non-relevance of my application. Absolutely tiring, exhausting and unrewarding experience. Definitely not going to apply again.
It was Quite complicated and lengthy process. It took us over 7 months for it to complete and gave several rounds of interview. Feedback on each round is shared after 1-2 weeks. It's hectic and still if you get rejected it really hurts. I would suggest look for much better opportunities out there instead of wasting so much time. The selection rate is almost 5% and rest others only get rejected. From personal experience, sharing that they hide so many things initially then tell you later.

Interview
It was smooth. Eventually i didn't agree upon the salary they had to offer so the discussion ended after 20 minutes. The HR was genuinely very sweet. The overall questions asked very very random but related to their university, related to my personality. They basically want to know how you are as a person and what value do you bring onboard.
