A couple of weeks, 2 parts: 1) HR screening - where I was asked to explain to a non-technical person some tech terms (in example OOPs vs Golang structs or what interfaces are). 2) Tech interview verbal. Team Lead and above. Asked questions in theory about golang specifically. Questions like what are maps and how concurrency works. No coding was involved. For this interview, make sure you read theory well.
