You interview three times. First you begin with a couple people in the finance department, then you interview alone on video per prompt questions, and lastly with a couple people in HR. The interviews are personable and non-analytical. Be prepared to answer common interview questions.

Very very long process with HR and approval. Took nearly a month to hear back and then a few more weeks after first round of interviews. HR people are incredibly nice however, just slow moving

Interview
The interview was a fairly detailed overview of the financial markets. Interviewer went into depth about the current state of markets and current rates and market pricing. The interview was a sit down interview with 2 interviewers. Roughly an hour long.
