I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Axis Clinical Trials (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was straight forward. I was called by the CEO and Interviewed with her. She just wanted to make sure I could work Excel. She took to a open computer desk in their office had me input to numbers and asked me to calculate the formula. Easy... I was hired on the spot at a rate of $15.00 per hour. However once I started working everything was different. Sink or Swim Training. I know most employers want you to get it right away. However this place is crazy and the lack of training is unacceptable for anyone with a College background and years plus of experience. They also don't have employee free parking. They CHARGE $50 a month for parking. Unacceptable. I worked there just a day and a half and the cut me a check for less than $60.00 appalling. Please do not waste your time and energy on this company. Very unethical practices. They need to be shut down.

Interview
Applied online and was contacted by the CEO to set a day/time for interview. Arrived onsite and met with the CEO who was very nice, friendly, laughed alot, did not intimidate or psych me out at all. She was very personable & just wanted to know if I could produce results for her. She offered me the job on the spot and I started a few days later. 1st impression was good.
