The interview process is broken down into 5 stages, from the moment you give out your resume, if they find something interesting they'll hand you a request to get a coding review and grade your code, from their if they like your code they'll do a general round of interview's to see if you'll be a good cultural fit for the company, and a final round of technical interviewing. If you pass all of those rounds they'll either send you an offer letter.
