Interview
Hands on with the CTO directly. Discussed standard background / project experience and tech stack options. There's a system design round where we get asked about system design, basic questions, nothing too terrible. Interviewer goes a long way to learn about your previous experience and how it might be helpful to the company.
The process was professional. The interview was long and thorough. The questions asked were appropriate for the position being offered. The attitude of the interviewer was positive. The conversation was relaxed and respectful.
