I talked with 3 people about the job. They asked straight-forward questions about how scrum works, which I didn't have to strain to answer because I've been living it for years, and its not a very complicated topic in the first place. Posers would get blown out pretty quickly, though. So, it makes no sense trying to cram for an interview.

No such thing. All the questions are about me, or the job (scrum). How could I not be an expert in both? Interviews are a walk in the park for me.

Interview
Applied online. Received a call within two days from friendly HR lady to set up on-site interview. Had a choice of times & days. Directions to company were clear, and she wished me a good interview - I liked that.
Interview for my position spanned about 1 hour 15 minutes. Met with three people (20-30 mins each), one was CIO. He was disarmingly friendly and we talked mostly about culture. Other two were ScrumMasters (peers) who grilled me with scenario-based questions and others from industry readings and CSM coursework. They also expressed desire to have me join the team. Looking back, they didn't sugar-coat the challenges, but they kept their promise of helping me transition and work as a team. Good guys who care about their teams and promote sustainable pace. (and they host an Agile meetup after work on site.)

Question 1
They asked what the INVEST acronym means. I'd honestly forgotten it, but we talked about what makes a good user story and why story-sizing can be hard to do. Other CSM/CSPO types of questions were tricky, but they only wanted to hear that I understood the fundamentals and could explain Scrum to others (including mgmt).
