there is a first interview with an HR representative and a technical manager. where they talk about your work experience. Then you also talk a bit about the technical part.
Then you get a call from another Backbone engineer where they perform a short test on Networking

Interview
I was called by a local recruiter that was part of the HR team and she explained the position, and briefly mentioned the technical requirements. After I agreed, a phone interview was scheduled with an HR person from the US to corroborate the english level and ask general technical questions.
