The application process for Avanti was pretty smooth. Their communication with me was excellent. They got back to me less than a week after I submitted my application and they were quick responding by email and following up with me. I had 2 interviews and was made an offer on my second one. The interview was a bit longer than an average interview, since they got the chance to ask some questions about my hobbies and passions outside of work to see if I would fit the company culture.
