Avante Security interview questions

My experience with Avante Security’s hiring process was disappointing and frustrating. I completed every step they required, including preparing a detailed presentation, meeting all their expectations, and even being invited to their office, where I was introduced to the entire team. Based on their level of engagement, it genuinely seemed like I was the top candidate. However, after waiting for two weeks with no clear communication, I was informed that they had chosen someone else. The lack of transparency and professionalism in their decision-making process was frustrating, especially given the effort I put into their extensive hiring process. If they had other factors influencing their choice, they should have been upfront about it rather than leading candidates on. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend their hiring process to serious professionals who value clear communication and respect for their time.
