Before seeing the Interviewer I had to fill out a form. On the form was the question, "which position did you apply for?. There were options and I chose option 'Management Trainee'. The interviewer looked at the form I filled out and notice that 'Management Trainee' was selected. We talked about what that looked like and what the job he was interviewing for was about. He then booked me for a second interview the following day.
