1 x phone interview with an internal recruiter after applying online to talk about the role and company and then 1 face to face with manager and team member to talk about experience and approach to client success (think since 2020 this process is longer)
Both internal recruiter and manager were friendly and informative. My feedback is the process should be transparent with feedback as I couldn't gauge how i did at all until i got the recruiter calling me asking if i knew about the offer. Overall a good experience although now the company uses a more thorough approach
