Interview
The interview process was great. I had applied online and when I arrived for the interview they asked me to fill out a paper application as well. I thought it was odd but they are a fairly small company. They began the interview with some ice breaker questions and continued on into how their operations work. They are seem to be very dedicated to their company and their customer's experiences.
