Interviewer asked for an introduction and generic questions, would then show you a video on the company's system and remuneration. Ended off asking about the start date and references.
Important to look at the terms carefully as case managers come in for observations once in awhile after employment starts and are paid instead of the therapist. Job assignment is not flexible at all and the company can choose to assign you to multiple jobs as long as there is enough travelling time via public transport. You get paid a a transport allowance if you work above a certain number of hours. Sounds like a job with a lot of travelling and no benefits (no cpf, medical benefits, nothing) but may be helpful for someone interested in trying out to be a behavioural therapist. Do look at the contract carefully as the exit clause is really strict though.
