There wasn't a long wait. The interviewer knew me from previous volunteering and was very kind. It was a stress free, comfortable interview. The questions were thorough and relevant to the position being applied for.

The interview is done by a panel of three or four managers. You receive points for how correctly or closely you answer the 20 to 25 questions asked. The higher your score, more likely you are to be the top candidate unless the position is being saved for a favorite
