Austin Public Library interview questions

The interview is done by a panel of three or four managers. You receive points for how correctly or closely you answer the 20 to 25 questions asked. The higher your score, more likely you are to be the top candidate unless the position is being saved for a favorite

20 minute phone interview with a panel about qualifications and expectations, 30 minute face to face interview with a panel about experience, customer service skills and a long wait before being notified.
