I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Auslogics (Sydney) in Jun 2024
Interview
The interviewer was a nice person overall, polite and respectful. But the fact that they offer such a low pay, specifically looking for people from Russia and Eastern Europe for whom it would be a bit better than offered in their countries, makes me think that the whole "you can work from wherever you want" thing is a fake. Yes, you can work from developing countries, but in most of Europe this kind of pay, once you've paid taxes, turns out to be much lower than the minimum wage.
