I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Audible (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process was great! I had an online assessment and then the four round onsite interview. I let my nerves get the best of me, but overall a great experience. Make sure you are prepared for behavioral questions on their audible principles.
Very well organized. It was a lengthy process but I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was given ample time to prepare and also got some tips to prepare.

Question 1
DSA is important. Be well prepared. Systems design and architecture comes next. Spend time on the people principles. The interviewers did go into details. Take the behavioral round seriously and prepare for it. You won’t be able to answer many of those questions on the fly. Have at least two examples for each principle and ensure you can answer similar types of questions with varied examples from your previous experience.
