Interview
Applied online. The process took 4 weeks. First, you have to complete an online assessment. 2 Lettcode-like questions, one easy and one medium-hard question.
For the interview, there were 1 system design question, 3 coding questions, and 6 behavior questions. There's a huge emphasis on Audible's People Principles.
Coding questions are easy to medium Leetcode problems. I didn't do well on system design and behavior questions. Make sure to prepare for those parts.

Question 1
I can't share any details. Make sure to study various Leetcode problems, people principles, and some system design problems.
Almost identical to Amazon, but better. The process starts with online programming test. If you do good enough, directly to final interview. If you do okay, there is a phone interview I was told.
For the final interview, four interviews in total with 3 coding and 1 system design interview. Each interview is one hour split in behavioral and technical sections equally. They have people principle, which are different than Amazon's leadership principle. I felt that 30 minutes of behavioral is too long, 15-20 minutes should be adequate. They often ask two behavioral question rather than deep diving in one. Amazon suffers this problem even worse. For coding, they expected two problems in 30 minutes, but the problems were not hard. It's more about how fast you can think of a solution and write good code while communicating and explaining your ideas. The interviewers were very friendly and encouraging. They expect a lot in an hour, but all of them a reasonable things.

Question 1
Can't disclose actual questions. But it's not all LeetCode. They had 2 types of questions. One were LeetCode like DS-Algo questions, which can only be solved in given time if you solved something similar and are familiar. Easy to medium level. Others were more realistic, like manipulating data to solve some basic problem. You won't need and fancy algo, just quick thinking, problem solving and knowledge of your programming language.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Audible (Newark, NJ) in Jun 2020
Interview
Interview process consists of At Home Coding(Hackerrank style) test, Phone interview and Onsite(Virtual if onsite isn't possible). Had an excellent experience in all steps of the process. Recruiter was very helpful in guiding me through the entire process and being there whenever I had questions. Everyone in the interview process were warm and accommodating. As most of the process was virtual(due to Covid), interview process could be very stressful but everyone I met(virtually) were very understanding and gave sufficient room to showcase my skills.
