The interview process began with a phonecall, which lead into an online meeting in which we discussed both the company and myself. After the meeting I got to have a case, that I got about a week beforehand that consisted of a fictional task and multiple assignments inside of it. I then got to develop an application in react + typescript and do the tasks in my own prioritized order and way. The task had a good description and the assignments were of varying difficulty. I then got to have an interview with two developers in which we discussed how I approached the problem, what my solutions were and things I would have liked to improve.
