Interview
It was roughly a two and a half week process. I had a take home test which wasn't any more demanding than the average "CS interview take home test." I can say that all the appointment started on time. I had an interview with the VP of CS, my team lead, the CEO and finally with HR. They were VERY flexible with timing and the interview with the CEO and HR took place on the same day which i really appreciated. Overall, seamless process with a quick response rate.

Interview
Phone call with initial HR was great. Interview with hiring manager went well- had good conversation. Mentioned I would receive an at home test since i would be a good fit for either his team or a new team and since then radio silence. I have followed up three times and met with the classic "we will get back to you" message. Super unprofessional experience towards the end.
