HR in Manila does not give you an updates about the status of your application. They are not responsive! The applicants will stay hanging! And HR don't care about the follow up text and email!

Interview
Around 6 people interview with rigorous questions challenging the person from technical to functional aspects. Managers try to bargain with salary and fight to pay more than 65k for this position. The work load is so high that salary has to relation to the amount of work load we do over there.,
