I submitted an online resume and was contacted by a recruiter. He conducted a screening interview. I was then interviewed by the hiring manager and a peer over the phone. After passing these, I was asked to take a cognitive test. I was then brought on site for all day interviews with 7 people. After returning home, I was contacted and asked to interview with two more people. All said and done, it took about a month to execute the entire process and to receive an offer.
