Two part process the first was a screening and the second requires you to go through a lesson outline that you must create. Make sure you read all of the details and ensure that is object based learning.

I was referred to Astex by a friend already teaching for them, so it was very simple for me to arrive at the interview stage. In the interview Ricardo, the DOS, was very friendly and not at all intimidating. The interview lasted about 30 minutes before I had an opportunity to ask my own questions. Ricardo hired me immediately after the interview.
