I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asset Panda
Interview
Given documentation to read over before itnerview, asked typical behavioral questions, and then had a task to to write up bug ticket based on the documentation give ahead of time.
I liked the job description and what the company does, so I applied online for this role. A little over 2 weeks later, a company talent recruiter reached out via LinkedIn. They asked to set up a screen interview as they liked my resume/background. I was more than happy to do so but I wanted to ensure we didn't waste each other's time when it comes to compensation expectations (call it a hunch). I gave them my targeted range and asked if they could confirm if it was within budget. If so, I'd then offer up some available dates/times. It's been four days and I never heard back. This is NOT a good look!
NOTE TO ASSET PANDA: hire professional/mature personnel as they reflect your company and its values.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Asset Panda
Interview
Overall it was average - typical interviewing process with HR, department and then with team. I recommended searching what company does to answer interview questions that are more relatable to the company. This seems to impress the interviewees and help.
