Even though I wasn't extended an offer, I have to say interviewing at Asana was one of the best interviewing experiences ever. It was the first time I was actually excited to interview. I didn't feel any nerves at all and that was because the talent acquisition team was so welcoming and supportive throughout the process. Even the team members I interviewed with were very kind and welcoming. It's a shame I didn't quite make it because I would have loved to work with them but I will try again in the future.
In terms of the questions, I didn't feel like they were difficult or felt like I was being "set up" as some interview questions are designed to see how much you reveal or handle things. I felt everything was straightforward forward and as long as you know your stuff for the job you are interviewing for, you will be fine. I also appreciated that one of the team members asked me what I had for breakfast before jumping in. It caught me off guard in a good way and it was a nice way to start the conversation.
If you make it to the interview consider yourself lucky because this is definitely an amazing company! Good luck!
