Terrible unprofessional experience for the team in Dublin. I am asked to submit a slot for the interview. I submit a slot for each following day for the interview. My interview gets scheduled in 8 days. I get an email literally 2 hours before the interview stating that it's not happening as they have already identified a successful candidate. I had asked for a day off. Also, it makes me think that there are faster lanes to get to have an interview!

Interview
Had already interviewed earlier this year and had done a prospecting exercise. For the second application- I interviewed with the hiring manager, did 4 panel interviews and another prospecting exercise. Enjoyed meeting everyone on the team. Was given good feedback for every interview and told I would be a great addition to the team by several interviewees.
The recruiter told me in an email that I didn't get the job and could ask for a call with feedback. I have followed up three times with no feedback.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asana in Jan 2022
Interview
For this being a platform with the mission of saving time, I think the interview process is quite lengthy. I think they should split it or conduct a performance based interview. My last interview was several hours long, which could have been split in two to save the interviewee time. It seemed exhausting for the employees as well.
