Asana Account Executive interview questions

Got contacted by the headhunter. Passed the first round. Got to the second which was not with the Sales Manager of the department I was interviewed for. The questions were mainly focused on my current processes and not my sales approach. Never got any further feedback even after contacting both of them directly.

I was initially contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. After a brief and straightforward phone screen, I was invited to a virtual interview with the hiring manager, which went well. From there, I was scheduled for a series of three interviews, all on the same day. The first was a 10–15 minute presentation to a panel using a prepared PowerPoint. The second was a one-on-one interview with a Director. The final conversation was optional—a casual chat with a current employee to get a better sense of the company culture, and it was not part of the formal evaluation process.
