Arva Intelligence interview questions

The hiring process consisted of three interviews: an initial screening with the hiring manager, an interview with a manager, and a team interview. All three were positive experiences, and I was sent the general questions that would be asked beforehand. Overall, the process was very efficient. I received an offer within 10 days of the screening interview, and the hiring manager was especially pleasant to work with.

Before the interview, they sent me a schedule outlining several topics to discuss, including work eligibility, salary discussions and questions. The HR representative was initially friendly and kind. However, once they learned I am not a US citizen and need the H-1B sponsorship, their attitude immediately changed—they became cold, ended the conversation abruptly, and simply said goodbye. I also researched their LinkedIn profiles and noticed that all their employees appear to be white, with no diversity in names or backgrounds. If you’re an international student, a non-U.S. citizen, or belong to a minority ethnic group, think twice before you interview with this company.
