Arte Media Company, Noida, wasted my time and effort. I completed a thorough 25-page assignment for their hiring process, but after submission and repeated follow-ups, they never gave any feedback or closure. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for candidates. Assignments should not be treated as free labor, and companies that operate this way reflect poorly on themselves. I would caution job seekers to think twice before engaging with such processes.
