Interview
Stage 1: Timed online assessment which consists of high school contest style math questions. Not too difficult if you're familiar with the types of problems.
Stage 2: Virtual interview where you present a teaching demo. They provide you with the lesson they want you to present days in advance. After the demo, they ask some follow-up questions, and you also have the opportunity to ask them questions.

Interview
Initial phone interview to clarify background, follow-by a Zoom interview. There will be a panel of interviewers, including Associate Director in Maths. They'll listening in on your "Maths Class". You'll be given slides to present the Maths class and they'll act as Students to ask you questions. It will be a fun process.
