Interview
Participated in a three-round interview process. Took a Kattis coding challenge (three questions in Python — 48hr to complete), then answered situational questions in the last interview with the engineering team.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arriver (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Aug 2022
Interview
I sent a normal application at the end of June. I e-mailed the recruiter managers posted on the website (2) to ask about the recruitment process and what format they preferred to see my projects to prove my Python proficiency. After one week, I received a mail from another person telling me the hiring managers were on vacation. Two months later I received an automated response telling me they were not going to offer me a position, without any feedback and without returning to my questions.
Arguably the laziest recruitment process I've ever encountered.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
For two months not only they didn't answer my questions, but they also never read my project linked on my CV (I can check the downloads) and they were not able to provide me feedback on why I was rejected.
I don't know how can they claim to build the future of automotive (or anything for that matter) when the recruiters have such an indolent attitude.
