Arriello Ireland interview questions

The interview went very smooth. The interviewer asked both general questions and questions related to the experience for the role. She managed time well, was emphatetic and ethical. The only thing that seemed too personal were questions about to how many other positions have I applied recently and would I consider a counter offer from my current employer.
