I was first told that there would be a discussion with the recruiter, then an online test, then an interview with other QA's then an interview with the management. But then an extra interview was added with an automation expert, where the questions that were asked were far above the level described in the job description. Some of them frankly were also quite pointless questions.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arqit (London, England) in Aug 2023
Interview
HR screening, which was pleasant and a nice get to know you. Then a technical interview which was face-to-face, that consisted of slightly more boring direct technical questions, but they were not difficult.
